Tony received notice today that the Supreme Court of Western Australia has listed his appeal for one day to be held at 10am on Friday 20 February 2026 in Perth.

The Notice reminds all parties to check the Daily Cause List available on the Supreme Court of Western Australia website, the day prior to the hearing for courtroom allocation.
